The bed was one of the best I've ever slept on; staff were helpful and friendly, the food in the restaurant was out of this world wonderful!   Excellent location close to the center of Assisi and close to the impressive St Francis church. We stayed 4 nights and we liked it. Easy walking to the center with many good restaurants. We had a deluxe room with a view to the valley, which was fantastic. Breakfast was good with a good choice of products. We did not eat in the hotel restaurant, therefore no comments - It was an amazing experience staying at Giotto Hotel and Spa just minutes from St. Francis' Basilica. The staff and facilities at Giotto were terrific. The views from our room looking out over the hillside city of Assissi and the plain below are unforgettable. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel and it was exceptional and also unforgettable. Our waiter was terrific. Perfect in every way!!!

This hotel has it all; professional and helpful bi-lingual staff, warm and inviting accommodations, a wonderful dining room with a free continental breakfast, and a great location in a quiet setting with a spectacular view. Very accommodating whenever we needed something like a shuttle ride to town. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice grounds and pool. Restaurant very good with excellent staff.
