  The location within the city was perfect. The building was classic.The bathroom and bedroom facilities were very modern and clean. The breakfast facilities, which were self-serve, were good because you could make coffee etc. to suit yourself. Daniela, the landlady, is very nice and available at all hours. - Staff!!! Great rooms with great baths and ac. Ascoli is a great place. Hotel is close to everything!

  The house is located on top of a hill in a quiet and green area outside of the old town, but it's very quick to walk into town. Salvatore, the host, is very nice and attentive. The breakfast was very good, with self-grown cherry tomatoes and fresh fruit, beautifully presented and served in the garden. We only stayed for one night, but wish we could hang - Everything that the hosts offered was excellent. It made us so relaxed and enjoying the spectacle vista so much so that we extended our stay 3 times!!

  The hotel was beautiful although a bit hard to find. I would tell all my best friends about this jewel and keep it secret from everyone else. A beautiful place to stay. - One of the best and best value hotels we have stayed at in Italy. Helpful staff, clean and well furnished and equipped rooms and a superb central location.

  I stayed here years ago because my father's family is from Ascoli Piceno. I lost the name and was so delighted to rediscover Villa Cicchi here! Our stay was perfect - the rooms were lovely and comfortable, but the food was really the highlight. Fantastic.
