  I thought the Residence was very nice and very well run. Our apartment was comfortable and elegant. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was brilliant. - Fantastic staff and super clean. Very central location and close to everything. There was a small problem with the hotel wifi and staff worked very quickly to sort it.

  We were upgraded to a different residence - we had booked the San Domenico Residence but we slept in Badia Nuova Residence. The room was perfect for a couple with cooking possibilites. Fantastic view (we had the view of the historical centre) The hostess was very kind and upon my request she had gone out of her way to buy a bunch of roses for my wife.
