  Our room in the spa annex of the hotel was wonderful. On the top floor with goregous beams and fantastic decor. The staff were all really helpful and friednly. Breakfast was served downstairs in the main hotel and was very nice. The location is great - a few minutes walk from the fantastic Piazza Bra and the Arena.   Great family run hotel.Staff were excellent, very friendly and efficient. Location of hotel is good and only 5 minutes walk to the old town. Really nice pool and bar area with great lunchtime food.Would have no hesitation recommending.
