This is my regular stopping point to be near Venice Airport. The staff are alway very helpful and friendly regardless of time of day. They also said that despite flood the hotel had no problems and they were looking forward to their guests to arrive. We decided go and stay their. No we do not regret about this decision and can recommend the hotel to everybody

and Carnival delivered both. Check in was easy and quick! The hotel was
in the quite end of town and away from the crowd. It is also a very
short distance (5min) to the public transportation dock and maybe 15 min
walk to the train station. Rooms very modern and clean. Hot water all
week and lots of water pressure. Breakfast was hot everyday and

The bathroom was a bit small but very clean. The walk to the main areas of the city was about 10-15mins and very pleasant. From the hotel it is only a 4 minute walk to the Fondamente Nuova to get boats to Murano and Burrano. 3 mins from a main shopping area with cafe's etc.Staff were excellent.

We loved staying in this gracious palazzo. Very friendly staff who treated us like family. nothing was too much trouble. I also liked the location, away from the main tourist area but only 5 minutes walk away. The garden is also wonderful and we eat breakfast out in the sunshine each day. I would highly recommend this hotel and would go there again

Nothing was too much trouble and there were many little extras provided free of charge, which only added to the pleasure. The room was wonderful, full of atmosphere and beautifully appointed. Staff is excellent, always ready to please and help. Michelle speaks perfect English. Location is perfect. Although it is not on a canal, it's only 20 seconds walk to Grand Canal, 30 min leisuer walk to St. Marco's Squre, and 10 min walk to St. Lucia Train Station which is very convenient to us as we were travelling by train.
