  Beautiful, spacious, well equipped, comfortable room in a refurbished 17th century building. Our room looked over to a small garden and was very quiet. Easy on-site car parking. Easy to find (just make sure you put Emilia Ovest not Emilia Est into the gps!). Lucca, the manager was extremely friendly and very helpful.   A modern clean hotel set just out of town in farmland. Easy drive into Parma. Good breakfast. Easy to find. Good parking. I would definitely use this hotl again - Easy reach from the motorway, nice building, very quiet, large rooms. There is a very good restaurant 2km away, just the other side of the motorway.

  The location was fantastic - walking distance to all Parma's attractions plus between 2 of Parma's main shopping streets. The room (suite) was huge with a great bathroom and a small kitcnette. The coffee shop in the ground floor was one of the best in Parma. The young staff/owners couldn't have been more helpful. The location of Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati is perfect. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff and owners were very friendly and helpful. My husband left some favourite clothing behind when we left Parma. Vittorio emailed us and then arranged for a courier to deliver it to us in Rome. We will definitely stay at Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati on our next visit to Parma.
