  They provided all that I expect: excellent cleaning, nice room, comfort, services, good looking. The receptionists are friendly and professionals, the room was amazing (pillow choices, spacious, boiler inside, even a map on the desk!!). One of the best hotel I have been. - We had been skiing in Corvara and had early flight home so decided to book BHR for one night booked family room which was excellent , dinner in resturant was great and breakfast Was also perfect . Could not fault anything rooms ,beds , showers of a very high standard for an airport hotel .

Each room (we peered in a few the next morning!) is unique and filled with interesting objects, beautiful art work, interesting books and is a delight to stay in.   The whole experience was wonderful. The hotel staff went overboard to make sure that we were comfortable. Their shuttle to downtown Venice and the airport was always right on time.   Staying at Vanessa house is like visiting long lost friends. Elena and Moreno greeted us warmly and showed us our very comfortable and spacious suite - the beds were the best we had in Italy. Everything was very clean and well-maintained - they even cleaned daily. And breakfast was amazing - two tables loaded with food! She welcomed you with open arms and couldn't do enough for you. The accomodations were grear, the bed very comfortable and a well appoined roomy ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic, with wonderful coffees and juices, fresh rolls, breads and cakes. you can tell that Elena and Moreno love what they are doing, and if we get the opportunity we will definitely book with them again. Multi, multi bene.
