The building and lawns are very well maintained. The parking seemed very safe. The beds were the best We slept on in all of Ireland. The breakfast was good as was the location.

  What a wonderful place to stay. The friendliness of Des, who greeted me and made sure that my stay was amazing. The outstanding cleanliness of my room and the whole building was amazing. The Breakfast was second to none. I needed to leave early on my departure day to catch a bus and Des had no problem doing me an early breakfast to accommodate thi... co mówią ludzie » s. I will definitely go back and I urge anyone else thinking of visiting Westport to stay at Clooneen House. - I was met and greeted warmly by Des who took my bag and showed me to my room, recommended some pubs and sites and was gracious and helpful, as well as discreet. The room was warm, well appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.

  Friendly, welcoming hosts who made us feel right at home from the outset. Our room was spotlessly clean and quiet making for a great nights sleep. Dave is extremely knowledgeable about the Westport area and gives great advice about day trips to get the best of the stunning coastl - Friendly staff,owner was very accommodating,especially with attention to detail about the area. Very clean rooms,breakfast every morning suited every diet and specification and the Irish breakfast complete with soda bread,white and black pudding. Perfect location, also near to Westport golf club, with a golf loving partner the putting green out front and the living room full of golf memorabilia was brilliant,planning our next trip and will defiantly be returning to the Augusta Lodge.

  A very enjoyable stay, great location. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Geraldine made us feel ' at home' from the start, so friendly and welcoming. We especially liked that there was a seperate lounge where guests were able to read/watch tv and make tea/coffee.Lovely home cooked breakfast We would definitely recommend McCarthys... co mówią ludzie » to others and look forward to staying there again. - Staff were very friendly and made you feel at home.
