  We were impressed with the Osprey Hotel from the moment we arrived. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was well appointed, bright, cheerful, a good size & with lovely facilities, especially the bathroom. Room was clean and bed was very comfy. Both were excellent. The spa staff being very professional, ye - I loved my stay here and only wished I had more time to explore & enjoy the facilities even more. The location is excellent convenient and easy to find. The quality of food was good but I honestly have to say what impressed me most about my stay were the staff who made a big impression on me so much so that I brought it into conversation with my friends! The staff were professional friendly and helpful wherever I went which in my opinion is what would makes the Osprey stand out from other h

  Excellent service and attention to detail, attentive and caring staff. The design and appearance of the hotel and estate is immaculate with a fantastic blend of traditional and modern architecture.
