We were upgraded to a junior suite on arrival, the room was really beautiful and comfortable. The hotel was ideally located in the centre of the town with everything within walking distance. We really liked the space in the cottages. They are well equipped with everything you need including towels. The Caretaker was very approachable if you needed anything or advice on where to visit. Location is great a two min drive into town while lovely scenery awaits you if you head for the gap of Dunloe. We will go back again in the summer when the weather is better. Also we were told that the playground will be moved to the rental properties so this will be a big plus as the kids can play

The apartments were such a relaxing place to stay with our two little girls (1.5 years and 3.5 years). Little door stoppers were provided and the girls had a ball running from one room to the next. It was lovely to not have stairs.
The apartments have been newly carpeted since we were last here and it was great to stay in a place with a fresh carpet smell. They were spotless.
The staff were absolutely fabulous. Very pleasant and so used to dealing with young kids.

Their attention to detail was excellent. Very friendly and efficient in all areas - girls on reception/waiters, etc. Used the Spa, and it was a beautiful experience. Would do it all again! - The food is amazing, I would definatley recommend eating in the restaurant. The therapists in the spa are top class and there is a beautiful vitality suite.

Brilliant staff - Sile in particular was great and extremely helpful with tips for exploring the area and even made us feel special by offering us gourmet hot chocolate upon arrival, given as it was our 10th wedding anniversary.
Brilliant location - looking out on the most amazing sea view, cliffs and unspoilt nature. We could see the sea from our bed - how more romantic can one get?

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at in recent memory. The quality of service and hospitality was second to none. No hesitation in recommending it to anyone who wants a relaxing and comfortable stay in Kenmare. Fresh towels every day, turn down service, bathrobes and slippers and very large bed. This 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our stay in Killarney as a base
to visit Kerry. Everything you need to have a comfortable stay is
available. It is not far from a 24 hour Tesco and a 12 min walk into
town. It was perfect location for our 3 and 5 year old. They even had
children's videos and a playground available.
