  Maureen is a wonderful host and a superb baker. We had a lovely stay at her B&B, the rooms are extemely spacious and clean. The location is great because it's so peaceful and quiet. For breakfast we got whatever we wanted, Maureen baked pancakes or prepared a hearty full Irish breakfast.   Glencar House is in a very nice location tucked away in the country side. The views and quiet location take a little time to travel to but I prefer this compared staying in a busy town. The bar with the fireplace is a great place to relax and - An absolutely beautiful hotel, located in a beautiful spot, surrounded by beautiful views and filled with beautiful people who made our stay just wonderful :) Incredibly friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you. We arrived late in the evening - having driven for four hours from Dublin and were instantly offered dinner...or anything we wanted really! As I said - they couldn't have been more helpful.
