  Very clean place with lovely staff and great location on Ring of Kerry. Cosy sitting room with lots of books, internet access, conservatory, access to patio and back garden. We were about 40 mins late with booking out on the day of departure and there was no problem with that at all. We got a baby cot free of charge for the duration of stay. Truly recommended pl - This place is perfect for backpackers as well for families with light budget. The kitchen and lounge are well equipped. There is a big garden with BBQ. Very near to the beach and steeffin walk. At the beginning of the ring if Kerry road. We had a double bed em suite room but actually even the dormitory are really fine and there are plenty of shared bathrooms and toilets.

  The owners were friendly and helpful, offering options to pay via cash or credit card. They also worked with us to provide an alternate breakfast, as we had to leave early in the morning. The room was comfortable, clean and charming.   We're just back from only 1 night's stay at this fabulous country house. We arrived on Saturday afternoon to a welcome from Conor, who immediately guessed who we were before we even introduced ourselves! It seemed like he was eagerly awaiting our arrival!.   We stayed in the self contained apartment adjoining the house and were greeted with tea and biscuits on arrival. Joan and her helpers couldn't be more welcoming and easy going. The place was both spotless and comfy in equal measures. Joan is very kind,very good to give advice and treat everyone like special guest. We got bigger room with king bed. Room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast very nice. Very happy with location.   Great view, great food and the staff was excellent. Rustic retreat that we enjoyed a great deal. We stayed on the hostel side of the hotel. - Atmosphere great very friendly halloween entertainment for young and old.

  This was by far the best B&B we have ever stayed in. Our hosts Lillian and Dom were amazing. They went out of their way for us, and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was charming and spotless.   Lovely friendly staff - esp the Polish lady. Breakfast was v good. Excellent location within 2 mins walk of the centre of town and right on the harbour/marina.
