The staff were so helpful and friendly, in particular Stephaine the attention to detail was superb in every aspect of the hotel. Very friendly staff at reception, made us feel very welcome, in fact we this was a common thing we found in Belfast. Had a meal in RGB restaurant and it was excellent. Bed was high and very comfy, didn't have a problem with the pillows as stated in the previous comments. The shower was amazing and the bathroom was huge for a 3star! Excellent location, excellent hotel, well worth it, I will be back.

The staff were excellent. Everyone from check in to dining, Bar and breakfast staff were simply the "BEST".
We arrived about 10 minutes after dinner was closed and was accommodated without hesitation to an excellent meal,. "Great Chefs".Just simply a great place to stay. -
