  The junior suite had a wow factor to it, great opulent venitian style and theatral bed. The glamourous asian bar with giant lamps and high ceiling reminded of hype Manhattan. Great restaurant advice from very friendly staff - There was a slight mix up with my booking but the staff handled it so professional and without any problem.   The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. I telephoned the night before our arrival, explaining that we were on a very early morning flight. I asked if we would be able to drop off our bags at the hotel. The receptionist encouraged us to come straight to the hotel and arranged an early check-in on arrival. It is a half a block away so it made it easy to find the city bus tours and the tourism office. The beds were very comfortable which was a definite plus. They also have two guest computers that you can you use for free 24 hours a day. They were sometimes busy, but there was always a chance to use them.
