It is a half a block away so it made it easy to find the city bus tours and the tourism office. The beds were very comfortable which was a definite plus. They also have two guest computers that you can you use for free 24 hours a day. They were sometimes busy, but there was always a chance to use them.

The guesthouse was 24 hours, somebody stayed up all night to let guests in. We went to an Eminem concert and returned at 2am with no problems what so ever. Staff member was wonderful. We got there a earlier than booking in time and she offered to let us drop off our baggage so we could go sight seeing. She showed us how to use hot water, heating and telly - which really helped us have a comfortable stay. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was right next to the Academy and so it was a wonderful central local to everything. We loved Dublin and know that the location of the apartment added to that. Thank you so much.

I must say, and I told the hotel, I have never had such a good breakfast experience!
Not only was the food plentiful and hot, but a big plus, served as well. I thoroughly made a pig of myself. An interesting point I would make, the hotel is like the tardis from Dr Who. On the outside it looks like an ordinary b&b but when you get inside it is much larger and'posher' than you expect it to be.

We found the Ripley excellent. We stayed there initially when we arrived in Dublin, then after touring Ireland for two weeks, we stayed there again before leaving for Wales. Would not have done this if we were not happy.
Staff very helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, with everything on offer, and able to have as much as you wanted, if you needed it.

fantastic location. within walking distance of so many things even when it rained. i would definately recommend Eliza Lodge and would definately stay there again. wonderful breakfast with great service. - The location was fantastic and meant no cabs at the end of the night. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were really helpful.
