  Over many years I have booked friends & business colleagues into this city center however this October, I made a quick long weekend trip (Oct 13) to Dublin & stayed at this hotel myself. Lovely old-fashioned atmosphere, friendly staff and very confortable rooms. Bar and lobby are welcoming. Ask for a room with a wifi.   as i was doing the marathon, i asked if i could check out a little later, as i needed a shower afterwards. they kept it on for me, were very nice and didnt charge me any extra - supherb service! - Very central. Maurice was also very helpful by zllowing us access to our rolm a little earlier due to our arrival time in Dublin.
