Staff were very accomodating,as two young people most hotels assume we will be noisey,they did their very best to treat us equally and were very polite and proffesional at all times,there was a bit of a mix up with our booking when we arrived they did not have our booking on the computer but the gent at the reception was most helpful and fixed us a room immedietly even giving us the best room in the hotel for the same price it was relaxed and we felt very welcome i would definatley stay here ag

The reception area was bright and spacious there was a lovely bar area with comfy sofa's-great for relaxing and having a few drinks. The room was lovely and had a nice bathroom with a good shower - fabulous breakfast, very good quality food.ease of access to the car park, no messing with tickets, validation, charges etc.

The Waterloo Lodge was ideal for my stay as it was 10 minutes walk to
rds and to Marion Square (start location of the Dublin city Marathon). I
traveled with my wife and our two kids (3 & 5 years old) and the
family room we had was ideal, plenty of space. Staff were very
accommodating and breakfast was excellent. All in all, we had a pleasant
3 nights stay in the Waterloo lodge.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious, and the water pressure in the shower was great. The staff was perhaps the best part of the whole experience. We were able to lock our bags up before checking in so we didn't have to drag them around the city. Also, the staff helped us with directions, provided free maps, and recommended places to eat. Buswells Hotel is very well located for sightseeing and shopping in Dublin. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was a short walk into the city to visit the sites, shopping and dining. Maurice was also very helpful by zllowing us access to our rolm a little earlier due to our arrival time in Dublin. We've booked another night there when we return from our travels around Ireland. -

The biggest benefit is that there is a bar downstairs which is very useful for a tired traveller :).
