Staff were very accomodating,as two young people most hotels assume we will be noisey,they did their very best to treat us equally and were very polite and proffesional at all times,there was a bit of a mix up with our booking when we arrived they did not have our booking on the computer but the gent at the reception was most helpful and fixed us a room immedietly even giving us the best room in the hotel for the same price it was relaxed and we felt very welcome i would definatley stay here ag

The reception area was bright and spacious there was a lovely bar area with comfy sofa's-great for relaxing and having a few drinks. Make reserva - I loved the fact that we were outside the hustle and bustle of the city, but still close enough only 10 mins on the Dart which there were very frequent. The atmosphere of the area and the townhouse itself helped us to completely relax.

Excellant and helpful staff. Rooms are very comfortable. They even had new glossy magazines to read which was brilliant. Lovely warm atmosphere in hotel. The food, service and atmosphere was outrstanding. I arrived for the Dublin Marathon and was very impressed with the Ballsbridge Hotel. I was able to relax for a couple of days before the race on Monday 29th October, and everything was so accessible from registration at RDS, a 5 minute walk from the hotel, and the Marathon start, only 10 mins walk.

The breakfasts were lovely and the staff very friendly. The room had a lovely view of the Liffey.
The beds were comfy and the rooms cleaned each day.
The manager helped us with our luggage, as did the breakfast staff when we were leaving. Ten out of ten for the staff - they were great.
The hotel is close to the city, we walked to O'Connell St and Temple Bar, easy walk and very safe.
The Hop On Hop Off bus went straight past the hotel (the quayside bus).

Buswells Hotel is very well located for sightseeing and shopping in Dublin.
