Rooms were clean, there was a place to visit with other guests, very friendly owners, great breakfast, very clean, even though on a main street it was definitely quiet, convenient to reach with a car, able to have tea or coffee any time of the day/evening. -

I liked the fact that you could get breakfast from room service any time you wanted and did not have to get up early and go to the dining room for it. The staff were excellent, the food was excellent and the location was excellent. The decor in the room was really nice too. A pleasure to stay in would recommend it to anyone. - it was a pass-by hote

Really friendly staff! Pretty good location, it is out of the way of things, but Kilkenny is small so it's easy to walk to the shops, castle etc. You can meet some great people here, the atmosphere is really easy going. -
