Very friendly staff at reception on checking in, and out. Got an upgrade, really appreciated! Unfortunately had to leave very early next morning! - The ambiance of the whole place is so restful. It is very quiet, the food is excellent and the staff are very helpful and polite.

I booked this hotel based on its proximity to Shannon Airport, price, and complementary breakfast. My husband and I were greeted by its warm ambiance and welcoming staff. ... co mówią ludzie » nding to our Ireland holiday. - The hotel is beautiful. I loved the decor ( the amount of oak, the comfortable rooms) and the welcome sign on the T.V. when I arrived. The food was very good and the Staff were friendly and helpful. As I had a broken ankle, I sincerely appreciated the wheelchair provided and the help and concern I received from the Staff. I enjoyed the Irish breakfast also.

The Hotel and room were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The view of the river and garden at the back of the hotel is stunning to look out on and if the weather was right prefect to sit out on the decked area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Wifi connection available in the bedrooms. -

Breakfast was served with a good selection. Location well sited for touring the whole of Clare and with easy access to Ennis centre.
