big rooms very clean excellent facilities in room-fridge, a/c,tv/dvd. nice location, nice room, fridge!, hot water, tv, ac, cheap!. Good breakfast, clean, comfortable. brand new rooms nice set-up. Location close to bars, restaurants and beach, nice patio area to meet others, nice freshly made breakfast, value for money, cheap scooters for rent.

The staffs went out of their way to assist when with your request as much as they can.. The staff are friendly, and good locations. Cheap. Staff very helpful with arranging cheap car hire. Very good location. Clean room. Central location. Price OK, there is one hotel right beside (Tamar Mekan) where you Pay half for the same standard. early morning rooster & dog, late night disco beat, room soundproofing, basic breakfast. Rooster that crows all night, dogs that bark all night. just a little expensive for backpacker. Very noisy in room from guests, staff and street dogs, room smelled awful (number 7), staff sprayed some chemicals after complaint which made it even worse to sleep in. Open holes in doors en windows make A/C seem waste of energy. The room I got was smelly and so was the bathroom. The shower was leaking making noice all the time. The staff was very nce except for the person in charge. It s a very noisy place even so it is in an alley. Music at night until 3am and dogs barking all day and night long. Complain about the dogs and the manager said that there was nothing she could do about it. I asked if she ever talked to the owner and she said no that in Bali you do not do that!!!!!!!! So I do not recommend this place. Being newly open they are having a lot of problem with the electricity supply.. The bathroom seems to smell of drainage water.. Taxi driver and many driver get the location wrong.. There are some roosters and dogs, making so much noises throughout the nights. breakfast time slot until 930am only,no choices can be made after 915am,rumbling boss who's less friendly. Down a very narrow alley. Traders nearby are very irritating and naggy. We stayed 2 days, 2 horrible nights cause of the noise !!! Just next to the guesthouse there are many dogs barkling all the night long !! I talked to the managing girl she said she knows already but the neighboors just do not care at all so no solution. And i don't mention the usual roasters that you have everywhere in bali and sound of clubs. Very noisy at night, dark street. Dont book shuttle bus with them! They rip off their own guests (I paid 90000 for the Shuttle to Sanur, a taxi is 70000:-), I took the Taxi on the Way back. Normally the shuttle is about 40000). Breakfast very poor, indonesian breakfast is the best! American or Continental is just bread. They have 6 properties, so you feel that it is only about the money! It fits to Kuta, one of the badest places in te world (noise, sex, cars, many cheaters).
