I book 2 rooms since its offer very good rate. Heyyy...it allowed us to early check in at 1.00pm with no extra charge...tq sooo much. We got rooms at 21 floor of top 22 floor...what a great view with whole City of Bandung. The rooms are clean & comfortable. The staffs are very helpful at the lobby. Even one of the security staff accompanied me to the grocery shop. Heyyy...the hotel attached to big shopping mall & indoor theme park Transtudio. My kids played there form 3pm to 9pm until i.

Internet in the room is not free. It is only free in the public areas. Room too small for that price, kind of noisy at night, because the wall is too thin ( wood made ) not brick. The Lobb its to small and to crouwd when the visitor come for check in or check out. check in time take too long (must wait & spend more time queuing). Room size is to small for family with young children and no swimming pool. We couldn't connect the wifi from our room and couldn't make an international call.. The wifi speed is very slow in the hotel room. It would be great to have the buffet breakfast included in the room price. Bad smell at bathroom. Compact size single bed. Glass door at bathroom. The room are very small, and the wifi connection are bad. Shopping was more expensive. This package doesnt include breakfast, which i thought it should be included. All the dishes are sweet. massive jam on the road. the wireless connection was bad and the lan port should provide a lan cable. quality of furniture in the room is poor and room is noisy as i can hear people next door speaking and screaming. The toilet was alittle small and cramped and water seems to be seeping through the shower usually, making the bathroom really wet. The recept didnt wake us up when we requested for our morning call..so do keep an alarm just in case. the crowds at the lobby long wait for lifts. Felt shortchangef. No swimming pool. The towel need to replace. No swimmping pool unfriendly reservation staff. Far to the factory outlets, less of children facility. The toilet is super small. very uncomfortable. The room flooring is very slippery.
