- The hotelroom was very clean, newly equiped and large - airconditioning and wifi worked properly - The staff is friendly - it is located a bit far from river Ganges this is why the hotel is very quiet. I did like hotel staff very friendly, food is good. A specially tour guide " Cristoforo rahul Pandit" very helpful, a big thanks to him. if you going to Varanasi you have to take as guide " Cristoforo".
wszystkie opinie » The staff were excellent, great to have a guide Raol was very helpful, clean and good food. A little outside of the Ghats but within walking distance. The hotel it's self was nice, lots of marble floors, but because Varanasi is so dusty, everything inside was very dusty, not the hotels fault. The room is quite big, and it provides quite good advice and travelling package to tourist guests.Ganga river worths the boat trip. Great staff. Beds, air conditioning, lunch and dinner all wonderful. Very vlean, good value. Staff's friendliness Restaurant A person arranging tours within the hotel. Frankly speaking we liked all things)) good hotel for staing in Varanasi. i like ur hospitality. size of room,. The rooms were spotlessly clean. And the staff was very eager to please you in anyway they could. Full wifi coverage was also very nice. Mr. Raju and his services related with transportaion. Mr. Ajit for his prompt room services. Good service, but food pricing is slightly more than usual. good friendly staff - especially dining room. People at the hotel were warm and nice. Staff was very friendly, cooperative and well mannered. Just a comment, not negative: English knowledge of staff working in the hotel restaurant should be improved to avoid missunderstanding, otherwise waiters are very polite and helpful. Everything was good. Hot water only available at certain times, had to ask if outside of those times. No fridge in room was a negative. While we were there, there were school kids staying, at night time for the whole night they were banging doors, running up and down the stairs/hallway. We were not happy. A little bit far from the Ganga,when you need to go there by foot during traffic peak time... The guide offered by the tour operator was not very reliable. Although it is very useful to have this service in the hotel, one has to bargain the prices offered. hot water on request. electrical switches were not at proper place, there was no input socket for mobile/laptop charger. Break fast menu can be more eloberate.Charging points should be near the bed as well as light cntrol.Facility for auto rickshaw on call ,mobile no can be kept .In my room no 251 door handle of toilet not functioning,tube light was fused. Other facilities and cleanyness was excelent. I have pointed out above for betterment. Thanks. The hotel was basic. Breakfast buffet was limited and other tool ages to be prepared. The number of available tv channels was also quite limited. Location is a bit interior. bathroom layout poor - needs A shower screen to prevent shower splass over toilet and floor outside the shower area. The room was not worth Rs.3000 ( with taxes). Perhaps it was Dev Deepawali that's why it was expensive. I have stayed in a much better room at the same cost. It was not fancy at all. But neat and clean. This is considered to be 3 star facilities. There were cockroaches, insects in the room. No soap, bucket, hand-towels in bathrooms. Also didn't not understand, if hotel is charging for A/C services, why this was only restricted bet 10pm to 6am? During summer, it is impossible to remain in room without A/C. Hotel should inform the guest in advance about A/C facilities.
