Pool staff were fantastic, also concierge and check in staff all exceptional. Restaurant staff were also excellent. Entire hotel was unbelievably clean everywhere. Comfortable bed/pillows, love the iPad in room, beautiful landscaping, steam shower, toiletries, gym, spa. Basically everything. -

Excellent rooms, restaurants, services and staff, this hotel is perfect for people who want to stay close to the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre. -
We did receive an upgrade to the presidential suite, very nice. Staff and Management excellent, facilities very good. All in all a place we will come back
