  A perfect starting point for Iceland exploring. The owners are extremely nice and friendly people. Cottage is clean and comfortable. We ended each day with dip in the hot tub on the terrace - fantastic end of each day on Iceland. Tip: owners can contact you with car rental comapny with good cars and very good prices. Great location for airport (10 mins by car) and blue lagoon (~20mins) - yet it is a destination not a generic airport hotel. 5. Owner clearly thought about little practical touches for a small cabin. 6. Saw the northern lights- dark with very little light pollution.

  Our apartment was very nice and clean. This was the only apartment that we stayed in while in Iceland, and it made us wish that we'd stayed in more. The owner was wonderful. Due to travel delays, we extended our stay in Iceland to make up for lost time at the front end of our trip. We had a full day to spend in Iceland on a stopover between Europe and the us. The staff of the guesthouse picked us up at the airport, arranged for rental cars for us, and drove us back to the airport the next day. It was all so easy and convenient.
