guesthouse and in the city center when I first arrived. They clean the
house frequently so it's clean and tidy. They are keen to provide
some local tips like music and the local stores. Generally, I think if
you travel alone and don't want to cram into a 16-bed dorm, it's
a good place to stay with abundant space and good host to talk with.

the two staff members worked there socks off to keep all guesrs happy - The staff was extremely helpful in having the room ready at early arrival (arriving with a 3-year old child after a night flight made really all the difference!), providing us with information, and making taxi reservation for us. I think it is not easy to find such a good hotel in the center of Reykjavik. The hotel is just beside the church, very convenient, quiet and clean.
