  The staff Magnus and Maxine were always around and super friendly to us. We bothered them with a bunch of questions and they always answered us with a smile. We were al - Fast Service, great to pay on arrival - you have the freedom to checkout early without the hassle of finding someone to check out. Fast Efficent and Friendly. Cant say much. The cheapest place in town by far, and 1 min to the main action! Lucky to find this place.

  The Capital-Inn provides good, low-budget accommodation in Reykjavik. The hotel is not in city center and you need to take a bus or a cab to go there. On the other hand, the location is excellent if you have a car and the hotel provides free parking. We stayed two times in a triple room. It was spacious, clean and warm. On the other hand we didn't have much trouble with noise from the highway – we we - We checked in really late which was not a problem. we we dead tired and found the most comfortable beds I have ever had in a hotel. The pace was peaceful and quiet, which was great since we were traveling with our 2 young children, 3 years old and 2 months old. Breakfast the next morning was very nice. Will definitely stay here again!

  The kitchen areas are great. The whole facility is very clean, has good lighting, is heated well and the breakfast offered is very good. One member of the staff ( I don't recall his name, but it starts with the letter j and he's from Sweeden) was exceptionally helpful to us. He was very informative, kind and patient with us. In the camping site there is place for taking things that people left before returning to their countries or leave the things that you cannot carry back.

  the two staff members worked there socks off to keep all guesrs happy - The staff was extremely helpful in having the room ready at early arrival (arriving with a 3-year old child after a night flight made really all the difference!), providing us with information, and making taxi reservation for us. It was a very pleasant stay.

  A very good price. Helpful manager who delivered half of our luggage somehow left in Paris. The one-bedroom apartment has a good living room and a kitchen as well and that's enough for at least 4 persons. - good location
