Great location, literally across the street from the old harbor and 5 minute walk from downtown. Super friendly staff are very welcoming. The apartment is basic with a kitchenette that has a fridge and a stovetop with a couple of burners. There are a couple of convenience stores in the next block for basic shopping needs. The proprietor was wonderful - even though we arrived at 1:30 am, he came to meet us, got us a parking place, and showed us the apartment, which was spacious and well decorated - very homey.
The facilities were perfect for our needs. light meal making facilities, wi-fi, comfortable arm chairs and information given when required. It was also in a good central location.
