Superior apartment with entrance to the private roof terrace from living- and bedroom was very clean, comfortable and quiet. It gives a relaxing and private stay at the residential building. The apartment was clean, nice and convenient for a solo or couples and it is recommended from my side and will definetly consider it in my future visits to Budapest......Adding an intercom for the main door would be great and tall people should take care of their heads due to the low ceiling of the bedroom (duplex). Add more English channels also

This is really fantastic apartment. Very well equipped (microwave, tea-coffe mackers, toaster, owen....) spotlessly clean, satelite tv, stereo, air condition, wirless wifi, welcome bottle of wine. 2 big supermarkets (tesco and spar) on the street. 5 minutes walk to metro line, bus station infront of the apartment. Jewish quater just behind the apartment with lot of restaurants and bars.Owner Francesco is great....you will never regret renting this apartment.

I can't recall staying in a better city centre hotel than this and all at a very reasonable price. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for them. We loved everything about the hotel.We upgraded our room and stayed in a wonderful junior suite on the fifth floor.It was quiet,clean,big and the bathroom had a walk in shower and a jacuzzi.Plenty of closet space and a great bed.The staff was polite and very helpful.They spoke excellent English.They booked restaurants,massages and ordered taxis.I would defenitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.We also liked its situation,district 8.we walked everywhere.Good job!!!

From the time that we arrived, everything went smoothly at the Fraser
Residence. The staff were always attentive if anything was needed. Two
different metro stops were close by so it made it easy to get to the
center of town. Wifi and internet worked wonderfully well the entire

We couldn't have been happier with our apartment. A group of 10 split between two two-bed apartments- ours was spacious, clean and with all the mod cons.

The apartments are equipped with everything you need for a short
vacation or a long stay. The metro station is 5 mins walk away, as are
the starting points for all the tourists hop-on buses. It is located
within the gozsdu court where there are nice cafes and bars around. The
artists market is also fun to walk through. The staff helped us with
information on the sights and transport and even got us discounts on
some bookings.
