It was well equipped with all the kitchen stuff as well as a CD-player, DVD-player, washing machine, dishwasher, a bathroom with a bathtub as well as nice, modern, adequate furniture and comfortable beds. There was a balcony in the courtyard and there were even some DVD-films that you could use.   Everything was great! Location just of Andrassy street with alot of shopping and café's and restaurants. Also alot of really amazing restaurants just around the corner at the square List Ferenc (not sure of the name) Reza was an incredibly nice host and gave us tips on where to go and what to see. Gym and pool area was real - Honesty of the owner and the level of commitment that he has to provide the best service for us was amazing!!! The system overbooked and even though this was not the fault of Luxury Downtown Apartments, the owners integrity was transparent in calling us in person to provide a solution was the most anyone has ever done to provide a service over and beyond the level I expected..   This place is AMAZING. I couldn't believe what we got for the price. It's simply beautifully designed and so much space-- really a whole apartment! And it has a great location, one of the best in Budapest.   Great place. Great location. Nice access to the city with Szeczeny spa just across the park. The place was clean and stuff was very helpfull. Everything in the hotel is still very new. Someone said they wanted 15€ for breakfast in the past, but the price has been lovered to 10€ now which is kind of ok. Prices there are a bit - The location of the hotel is just perfect - it is one block away from Hero Square and the metro station that takes you directly to the city centre. The room was spacious and with a really nice design, the bed was comfortable and big. Everything was very clean and had a nice smell. The bathroom was very nice as well, with a big shower. We parked the car on the pavement in the street near the hotel, which was for free (at least during weekend), so we didn't have any expenses with the parking.

When I approached the front door it opened automatically and as I turned toward the front desk, this charming, helpful, and professional young man came out from an office door to great me. Sangria each evening in the hotel lobby for you to grab a glass on your way back up to your room. Rooms were lovely and spacious.
