We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The garden and the sea view were amazing. The room was well decorated, equipped and maintained. The owners were very nice and helpful, greeted us with some refreshments and a map of the island and gave us plenty of tips and directions. -

Upon the arrival the room was waiting for us, spotless clean, Mrs Matina was waiting for our arrival to greet us and make sue we had anything we needed. We have visited the island of Skopelos in September and everything was perfect. The weather was amazing and the food was the best we have had in years. We have no words for the hospitality of Matina. She was our Greek mother during our stay. She cooked our breakfast every morning and she had the best suggestions for side visits and attractions always with a smile in her face. This hotel is exceptionally clean. The towels smelled like heaven. The rooms are large and each one is unique. The staff was very helpful and we were given hand-painted bottles as a parting gift. There is a nearby park for children and nice balconies with views of the sea and the pine forest.

Firstly the owners are amazing, very welcoming and unbelievably obliging. They will pick you up from the port, run you to Glossa, organise a car rental to the hotel. Anything you want they will sort it.

We had a wonderful week. The family and staff couldnt do enough to help, and the fact that most of the other guests were repeat visitors gives you an idea of what people think.
Breakfast was nice, the pool is superb, rooms are fairly basic but exceptionally clean. We had a very large balcony, and a small kitchen area that again was basic but very clean and did the job.

The Thea Home Hotel is a very good choice to stay in Skopelos. The location is above the City on the Ring Road and good to reach but nevertheless quiet. It is not a problem to park a car on the road but there is a dedicated parking space as well. The rooms with sea view are nice located and offer a scenic view on the city and the harbour. I really liked the excellent view from the balcony - Hotel manager rang our home in Australia to advise they would pick us up from the airport - how nice is that? Rooms quiet and a bit of a walk to town, though we hired a scooter from nearby and didn't walk.
