The homemade marmalades, breads, and fresh juice make every breakfast fantastic.

Most of all I liked the hotel itself is very nice and friendly staff. A great view. For people who prefer a quiet holiday place is just wonderful. Alas resort is in an excellent location. The water (sea) was warm, clear, clean, and very easy to get to. The facilities are all very nice, and very clean. Breakfast buffet is good. The bed was very comfortable. They spent extra on the hotel. And you can see the quality.
It is a smaller resort, and the staff remembers who you are, and greet you by name.
They are professional, courteous, and helpful.
August gets booked up for several weeks. Book early for August. We will go back.

My husband and I have stayed here 6 times before, and we were pleased overall. Now, with the recent renovations modernizing the rooms, we were even more pleased. It's classy, peaceful, and perfectly located in Sparta. We will continue to stay here every time we visit relatives in Sparta.
