Sofia made us feel very welcome and, as we didn't hire a car, kindly picked us up and took us back to the bus station. It is a fair walk down into the town but we enjoyed the views and the exercise was needed after all the delicious Greek food! We would happily return to Nafplio, it's a lovely old city with great cafes to watch the world go by.

The hotel is 5 minutes from Areopolis by car where one can shop, eat, walk in the traditional village. The hotel has lovely verandas and one can sit outside, as well as effective airconditioning if it is too hot outside. We had an appartment with a vert well wquiped kitchen. The owner was very helpful with information about the area.

  The rooms were very nice. The staff was very helpful, and the restaraunts were very good. It was within walking distance of the site, but it was a long hill to climb to get back to the hotel. - Probably one of our very best hotel experience in Greece: clean, easy to park, friendly and efficient staff, very good food, very good value for money !

They are big, we had a room with a queen bed, 2 bathrooms and a huge kitchen / dining rooms with 3 sofas which become quite big single beds.   A lovely, well maintained little hotel in a great location. Our room was very comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again next time we visit Náfplion. - Staff was great. Facility is a reconstructed traditional mansion. Excellent work has brought it to modern standards. Very convenient location.

  The Olympion Asty was a fantastic experience! The rooms were sparkling clean every day, the pool was perfect, we were in it all day long every day. And the food! It was excellent, as was the delicious breakfast. The location is beautiful, there is such a great view of Olympia and the parts of the coast. Definitely talk to the hotel if you want an easier route, we did so on - The hotel has a pretty setting, on top of a hill above Old Olympia. The large swimming pool has great views (but not over Olympia btw) and is a marvellous place to wind down after some serious archaeology. The personnel is very friendly and speaks good English. The rooms are in separate buildings, a bit like a typical US motel, with only ground floor rooms. They are quiet, large and clean.
