The location was really good close to other hotels and shopping area by car or bus. The staff are well spoken and very nice. The design of the hotel is brilliant :)

The rooms are very clean and the Hotel is very well situated (only 5 minutes walk from all the restaurants and bar).
Being a 5 star hotel we thaught that the cocktails at the pool bar would be much more expensive than the rest of Faliraki, But NO, it was only 0.3 cent more :) So we had a lot of those :) -

From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. The rooms are spotless and so is the pool area, it is so relaxing. We had a meal in the restaurant one night and could highly recommend it, the food and service were excellent.

We stayed here for 13 days in an "Executive Room" (from 5 till 18 May 2013) and were very satisfied with the "value for money". Breakfast buffet is good (a.o. daily fresh orange juice!), the room was spacious, the mattress very good, the jacuzzi fine. The personnel and management are very helpful and have a very customer-oriented attitude. Absolutely everything!! Amazing hotel, one of the kind that that has absolutely everything Perfect!! Kind staff always helpful and happy, excelled and fresh food beautifully served.Lovely choice of desserts, delicious cakes and much more...
