They will come pick you up from the portand take you to the hotel or car rental if you need it (which you shouldget, or an atv) and they are very informative and helpful. The ownersare American and made the rooms to be comfortable for Americans.   Very nice hotel, with a great swimmingpool in a nice garden. Close to a nice beach and Vlychada port. Very kind personal and Mr Michalis was super helpful.   James, the owner is the best. The views are spectacular. But James makes the property a must for all visitors. You will not be disappointed if you are lucky enough to get a reservation at Imerovigli Palace in Santorini. - Great staff, Friendly, attentive and warm. Incomparable view, one of the only places you can see both sides of island from. Pool area is amazing and secluded. Even better sunsets than in Oia. Good music, chilled out atmosphere. Good breakfast. A lot of things that make up for small imperfections that the staff is aware of (relatively new management in existing hotel)
