  We used the hotel on our last 3 days in chania as we just wanted to relax and not worry about anything, and it proved a right choice.after touring chania by car , the hotel provided everything that was needed to just stay in and enjoy the beach. Staff were - I stayed in Santa Marina Plaza more than a week at the beginning of September 2013. I liked wonderful view from my terrace (front sea view room) and the beach. Very convinient location - not far from Chania and with many shops and restaurants near the hotel.

  Nice resort, very comfortable with children, many different pools, beaches, playgrounds, activities for kids. Friendly staff, nice gardens.   The location is beautiful, grounds are well-kept, kids loved the pools, buffet was fabulous. This was our first "resort" and we did half-board, which worked great. We stayed one night to shorten the early morning drive from Chiana to Herklion (9:45am ferry to Santorini). It was perfect for one night, and they gave us an early breakfast too.
