We loved our stay at Livadi, we couldn't have asked for a warmer and more generous hostess, the apartment was really bright and clean and we had everything we needed. (parking, wifi, kitchen etc) Its really near everything in Plakias without being right on the main drag, so it was really nice and quiet at night.

Really great hospitality presented in a nice facility - excellent choice if you like a quiet neighbourhood (still walking distance to beach and center) and a decent room. The owners help a lot, they are always reachable and they relieve you on any concerns you may have. 10/10 choice!! -

I had a single room which is unusual in Greece. There was air conditioning, TV, kettle, coffemaker, fridge and nice cutlery and all the pots one person could need. The Flisvos was clean and comfortable, spacious room with balcony, well equipped kitchenette, and I loved the location - at the end of the village so out of traffic, but beach across the street and easy walking access to shops and tavernas. Maria was welcoming and happy to answer all my questions about place to go, bus schedules, and great recommendations about where to eat.

Excellent location, in the village, but very quiet and calm. The house is well furnished and there is plenty of space. We loved the fantastic roof terrace with sea view, perfect to enjoy the sun and the stars at night. A very good price for what is offered. The landlady is helpful and very kind. Staff is always there to answer all your questions, to provide you maps of the area and also suggest you places to visit.
