  We stayed here in the offseason and were the only guests present. A very nice British couple live on the property and manage the place. They were informative, attentive, helpful and absolutely discreet. It was great to know they were there. Nigel even gave the bikes a tune up when he heard we were interested. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and the outdoor areas bo - I loved the way original things from this beautiful traditional stone farmhouse were displayed around the house - the old iron cooking-pot, the hay-rake and the original carved shutters. There are flowers everywhere, jasmine on the terrace and lots of butterflies - 27C at the end of October is hard to beat!

  We stayed in the vip Suite with sea view. It was fabulous. Huge suite with plenty of room to stretch out and a great, large, private balcony. Fantastic views. Short walk to what felt like a small, private (albeit it pebbly) beach. The property is not actually located in Kardamilli but rather about 5 kilometers outside the actual town. We had to ask in town and the folks were more than happy and abl - Katikies Manis is located just south of Kardamili on the coast with views of a small bay and the sea. Our room was large and comfortable with a good size terrace to enjoy the sunsets etc. Very helpful staff made us feel welcome. The surroundings are great too: many small villages with great food and remote places for relaxation.

  Great location in the Outer Mani, good pool with towels, efficient access via decking to sea, clean new "bungalow" accommodation, friendly welcome, excellent breakfast. - The staff/owners were very friendly, and very keen to share the delightful Mani food with us.
