-The owner of the house is very nice, with lots of useful information. I was there whit child of 2 years and we got a room whit 3 bads ,even booked a double one.
-3 Km from the city of Ioannina, about 5 minutes away by car.

We needed different rooms than the reserved ones and there were no extra
fees for changing the reservations.The owner gave us free beers :).
-Very small balcony, some rooms are without one.
The owner could use a few English lessons.Still, you can understand
each other.
