The apartment is a family run business. The family offers a warm welcome with helpful assistance throughout the stay.
The quality of the apartment is excellent and clean. The furnitures are in good conditions and solid.
The location is excellent if you wish to have a quiet stay outside of the main town Plakias. It locates just 5 minutes drive to Plakias, few minutes walk to the beaches, and easy access to the main road for road trips.

We live in Crete and this was a quick break away. Beach and swimming excellent. Only the rooms are operational which by Greek standards are good basic. There is illness in the family hence the other facilities, taverna, breakfast etc. are not available. They are hoping to be up and running fully again next year 2014. Didn't spoil our stay as

I got upgraded to a one bedroom appartement and enjoyed a large, comfortable, nicely decorated room with air condition and spectacular views to the sea and the sunsets.
The owners also run a good restaurant below where I enjoyed a delicious local lamb dish spiced with fresh local herbs. -

Warm welcome at arrival. Daily cleaning and all facilities available.
Villa was located on the country side between the hills and only few minutes drive from the beach.

The appartment was very clean and the shower was surprisingly good. There was no formality in the arrival and access to the appartment. The process for payment was very low key with no paperwork. -

I had a single room which is unusual in Greece. There was air conditioning, TV, kettle, coffemaker, fridge and nice cutlery and all the pots one person could need. The Flisvos was clean and comfortable, spacious room with balcony, well equipped kitchenette, and I loved the location - at the end of the village so out of traffic, but beach across the street and easy walking access to shops and tavernas. Maria was welcoming and happy to answer all my questions about place to go, bus schedules, and great recommendations about where to eat.
fantastic value for the money.
