Safest location, 4 mins from two Metro stops where you can pick up breakfast at the bakery and cook it in the oven. Two elevators so they always work and lovely super-friendly staff. If you are getting a price below 100euros, I cannot imagine any place that can beat this.

  The hotels is quiet, clean and with a fantastic breakfast. One of us was sick and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. We extended our stay and would come back in a heartbeat. As for the comments about the neighbourhood, except for one street between the museum and the polytechical school it was just fine.   We stayed in this hotel twice this year. It has a good location, 5 min away from metro station, bus stop just few meters away. There are lots of places to eat / have a drink nearby, from cheap to rather expensive. Staff is friendly and helpful, no problems in communication at all, everyone speak English really well.
