  very friendly, we really liked the personal touch an hospitallity. we really felt at home. clean rooms, clean toilet and bath room, even humidity towls present in the batheroom/toilet. even with kids its very nice and also very privat. - convenience of closeness to Europa park, great shower, lovely staff, nice breakfast.

  The proximity to Europa Park was almost as if we were staying inside the park. You can see some rides and park hotels from Lucy. The apartment is either brand new or recently renovated. There's an Edeka market within walking distance (100m) so no excuses! Check in is with an agent who lives around the corner. Very nice, f - When we checked in we were not happy with the condition of the couch, so we called and they replaced it with a new one that same day.   The owner was quite nice and very helpful. The rooms accomodated 3 adults and 2 teenagers very well. Air conditioning was nice. The breakfast was good. Honor bar for pop was convenient.
