The reception staff had always a nice word, recommended something, took time, simply took care of their customer in a professional way. One of the hotels I would certainly recommend, and I have not even mentioned the location and parking. - The room and the bath were very comfortable, the dinner was excellentand we really enjoyed the view from our room. The hotel is right in thedown town so we were able to go shopping and visit the city without eventaking a taxi.

The rooms were excellent, everything needed was available and the laundry in the room. Sauna and pool were great. Most of all the breakfast was good and the staff especially Mr Negash Kebede and Zakaria were so polite and full of smiles. The ladies at the reception too were wonderful and very helpful, Katja was the name. Will certainly come back.

Breakfast was good and open till 10.30 n(12.30 on New Years day) so was ideal for late risers. The staff were helpful and very friendly. No complaints whatsoever.

  Hotel is in a great location. Just a couple of blocks from the train station, shopping on Zeil Strasse, and an easy walk to Altstadt. The hotel staff spoke perfect English and were very helpful in looking up times and prices and helping us decide what to do.
