We stopped here after a music festival and must have looked pretty rough on arrival but they were still very friendly and helpful. They also spoke very good english.   Close to the center of Hamburg and close to S and U- Bahn. Rather close to Lidl. Refridgerator and electric kettler in the room. Free coffe in the morning, even if you didn't have breakfast at the hotel. Helpful and nice staff.
