Comfortable beds, on our request down comforters and pillows that we were allergic to were changed for synthetic hypoalergenic ones. Wonderful, comfortable and beautiful bathroom. Free fast internet.

  Everyone was most attentive to any need we had and very friendly. Stephanie made our check in/out easy, and answered all our questions. The other two gentlemen where just as efficient, friendly and helpful in any manner they could be. We were very happy with the accommodations and the staff. - Everything was superb.   The hotel and surrounding countryside was beautiful. It was just up the hill from the city center of Seiffen. The food was fabulous. We didn't get a chance to use the spa but it looked lovely. We were there to shop for Erzebirge nutcrackers, schwibbogen, christmas pyramids, etc. Seiffen is lovely in all the seasons.

  One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The personel were extremely attentive, and practically predicted our wishes. The staff was great with recommendations and made all the necessary arrangements for dinner reservations (and changing them when we got caught up in shopping) ...etc. The service in this hotel was second to none. The dining area was large, well designed and the breakfast was very good. I will stay there again if I return to Dresden. Staff were very professional.
