  The twin room was spacious, very clean, with comfortable beds and equipped with all the facilities a guest could possibly need. The service was excelent, very helpful and kind staff! - The people at the Hilton Koln are allways friendly and helpful. This is always good in a country outside of the US.

The staff, everyone that we came across, were more than excellent, without exception.   I wish i could keep this place a secret. It is one of the accommodations that has impressed me with its outstanding luxury. Luckily it is one of the newest places in town. If u fancy a walk on the river or a walk to the centre then i recommend the red apartments. There was one incident when i forgot my credit cards in the apartment. Service and place is 10 out of10. - "Great apartment in excellent location” Beautiful historic building. The apartment was large and comfortable, completely renovated, all brand new, very quiet and yet with easy access to the attractive places in the city. The staffs are friendly and customer oriented. Stayed only a night but it was still a great experience and I wish I could have stayed longer, especially as The Red is right on the river Rhine.
