The twin room was spacious, very clean, with comfortable beds and equipped with all the facilities a guest could possibly need. The service was excelent, very helpful and kind staff! - The people at the Hilton Koln are allways friendly and helpful. This is always good in a country outside of the US.

We thought that the standard of cleanliness and service of Sofitel was excellent and the food in the restaurant and tapas bar was also of high quality. The entire staff always had a smile and was willing to help us with any questions we had. Whether it was about the hotel or a location we were going to..Being from the USA, and out of the country for the first time, not knowing about Germany, or locations they always made sure we were confident by time we walked out side. "Great apartment in excellent location”
Beautiful historic building. The apartment was large and comfortable, completely renovated, all brand new, very quiet and yet with easy access to the attractive places in the city. The staffs are friendly and customer oriented.
Stayed only a night but it was still a great experience and I wish I could have stayed longer, especially as The Red is right on the river Rhine.
