  Friendly staff, very clean and fresh room. Very fast taxi service, at least outside of rush hours - the hotel was great,very modern,very clean and spacious. the stuff was very helpful and always willing to answer questions and help us. i definately recommend it

Only one worker speak english, the rest of the staff are only German speakers. But, it was so joyful. The buffee breakfast is delicious and plenty food for choice. The coffee is great to tast. The stuffs are friendly. The room is spacious with kichen. The people stay in this hotel is friendly. We travel to Germany for 21 days from Taiwan. This is the best stay ever. We will book this hotel next visit bonn.
