  Cisza i spokój - Front desk went to great lengths to assist in special requests. Very friendly and accommodating. - Quite good connection to Frankfurt center. Despite really bad smell in the corridor, the room was with fairly OK atmosphere. Friendly staff.

  Exceptionally friendly and efficient service, very central to Frankfurt city centre, yet beautifully quiet as located in a residential area, neighbouring on to the Zoo, so the odd Peacock cry can be heard :). Delicious breakfast selection. Breakfast was good and open till 10.30 n(12.30 on New Years day) so was ideal for late risers. The staff were helpful and very friendly. No complaints whatsoever.

Most of all the breakfast was good and the staff especially Mr Negash Kebede and Zakaria were so polite and full of smiles. The ladies at the reception too were wonderful and very helpful, Katja was the name. Will certainly come back.
