  obsługa - good location, friendly staff, had no time to eat outside - but i've enjoyed high french cusine (in the hotel restaurant) for a reasonable price - The staff was courteous. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. The location was central and right in fron of the park.

  The staff was wonderful and very kind. I was greeted with warmth and concern. The rooms were beautiful, clean and quiet which is what I needed most. The one michelin star restaurant Zirbelstube was perfect.   We loved the location and the wonderful views from our top floor room.The staff made every effort to help us at the front desk. Diningoutdoors each evening was wonderful too and the service was flawless. - Great Location, excellent Breakfast and beautiful hotel.

  As a business traveller, the internet access was great - though signalquality was a bit low during early evening. The restaurant wasspectacular. I wish I had time to explore the spa services a little more- they looked incredible. - Very well presented and great comfort. Food was excellent.
